6. Consumption Rules
Permitted Locations: Private property.
Prohibited Locations: Public places, open spaces, sidewalks, parks, businesses, and restaurants.
Vehicles/Open Container: Illegal to consume in a vehicle. It is prohibited to operate any vehicle while impaired.
Landlord/Employer: Landlords may prohibit marijuana use on their premises. Employers may maintain drug-free workplaces.

Allowed: Yes
Plant Count Limits: Up to 6 plants per adult.
Household Caps: Maximum 12 plants per household, regardless of the number of adults. Must be enclosed, locked, and not visible from public view.
8. Penalties
Over-Limit Possession: Possessing more than 1 oz but less than 2.5 oz is a petty offense (fines). Greater amounts carry harsher criminal penalties.
