Delivery & Online: Home delivery of recreational marijuana is legal via licensed delivery operators and couriers.
Consumption Lounges: Social consumption pilot programs exist, but are heavily restricted and depend on local municipal approval.
Local Opt-Outs: Municipalities can ban recreational retailers or restrict the types of licenses allowed in their borders.
