2. Who Can Purchase

Concentrate: 15 g in the form of adult-use extract.
Note: The law strictly prohibits selling or providing marijuana to persons under 21.

Vehicles/Open Container: Illegal to consume in a vehicle by driver or passengers.
Landlord/Employer: Landlords can prohibit use/cultivation. Employers maintain the right to enforce drug-free workplace policies and terminate employees for cannabis use.
